Hi
I am new in the forum. I study "conservation and restoration of cultural heritage" in Islamic Art university of Tabriz- Tabriz- Iran. My final project is regarded to paper material and as I was interested in old maps I found tow partly old maps. But now, looking for information about them, I faced with a few questions. I need information about them and I didn't know how to find. If possible please help me.
About first one: it is a map of Iran dated to about 1913, printed in Istanbul.
And my questions:
1- Have you ever seen any similar map? Where?
2- I couldn't find information about the method of printing, used colors and inks.

And about second map; it is the map of Germany and date back to the World War 1 period- as written on the cover package of the map- I have same questions with this map.
Please find the pictures attached.
Thank you for the guidance.
