ISO Warburg Tome on Ptolemy

It is my understanding that the Warburg Institute held a colloquium in 2011 on the topic “Ptolemy’s Geography In The Renaissance” and that this produced a book by the same name, edited by Zur Shalev and Charles Burnett (ISBN 978 0 85481 152 4 ISSN 1352-9986). Does anyone know where or how this book can be obtained? I have tried the usual outlets, most of whom list it but say they no longer have it and have no idea when they might have it again.
