Arabic inscription

I have a manuscript atlas which I wish to solicit your help to identify.

It dates from c1830-1850. From the selection of maps, I would guess that it is an Ottoman Turkish production. There is a cover label and all place names are in Arabic script, although I would also guess the maps are derived from a European atlas.

If one of you can read the title, or has an associate who can, I would love to have a fax number to which I could send a photocopy. Ideally I would like to know the title, author, publisher, and place of publication. Thanks in advance, Roger Baskes
