Could anyone kindly help with the identification of the following two maps? See images below.

1. Untitled, Undated Octagonal Map of Virginia with Union Generals depicted in borders. 18 3/4 x 18 3/4 inches.

2. Undated, Unsigned Map of California entitled "Mappa Della California Suo Golfo Contracoste Della Nuova Spagna." 18 x 12 3/4 inches.
